What data is collected and why
- Order data (name, shipping and billing address, phone, email, payment details): to manage purchases, shipping, and tax obligations. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
- Email for commercial communications, only if express consent has been given. Legal basis: consent, revocable at any time.
- Browsing data through cookies and similar technologies, according to the cookie policy. Legal basis: consent.
Recipients
Data is only communicated to those necessary to provide the service: the e-commerce platform, the payment gateway, the logistics provider responsible for shipping, and, if applicable, the tax advisor and the tax administration.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another appropriate guarantee provided for in the GDPR.
Retention
Order data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and then for the period legally required for tax and accounting obligations. Data processed with consent is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Rights
Anyone can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, and portability of their data by writing to infolireabeauty@gmail.com, indicating the right they are exercising. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
