90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 90 days from the receipt of your order to try the product. If you're not satisfied, for any reason, the amount paid will be refunded. Simply write to infolireabeauty@gmail.com stating your order number.

This guarantee is voluntary and additional to the rights recognized by law for consumers, which are detailed below and are not affected by it.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide justification.

To exercise this right, simply notify us in writing at infolireabeauty@gmail.com before the deadline. Once the communication is received, the return will be confirmed, and instructions on how to proceed will be provided.

Legal exception applicable to cosmetics: Article 103.e) of the aforementioned text excludes sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery from the right of withdrawal. An opened or used lipstick falls under this assumption. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee described above does cover an opened product, precisely because it is a broader commercial guarantee than the legal minimum.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when the return is accepted. No costs or penalties will be applied for returning the product.

Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced or fully refunded, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
