Where we ship
We ship to Spain, throughout the European Union and to United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, and United Arab Emirates.
Cost
Shipping is free on all orders, to any of these destinations and with no minimum amount. It is included in the product price: no additional charges appear at checkout.
Delivery times
- Preparation: 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
- Shipping: 10 to 20 business days.
These times are estimated and are counted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. They may vary due to customs, carrier schedule, or weather incidents. If an order is delayed beyond the estimated time, you will be notified by email.
Customs and taxes
For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, the destination country may apply tariffs or import taxes. These amounts are set by the corresponding customs authority, are not collected by the store, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
When the order ships, an email will be sent with the tracking number to check the shipping status at any time.
Issues
If the order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, arrives damaged, or gets lost, simply write to infolireabeauty@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours and resolve the issue with a reshipment or refund.
